The articles of association documented in the number ( 27300/2018 ) of Qatar Cinema and Film Distribution Company is a Qatari joint stock company established in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law No. 3 of 1961 and the articles of association have been amended to comply with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law No. 11 of 2015
A Qatari joint stock company was established among the shareholders according to Decree Law No. 3 of 1970, and in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law No. 3 of 1961 and its subsequent amendments.
