According to the resolution of the Qatar Cinema & Film Distribution Co. (P.Q.SC) Annual General Assembly meeting held on 1st March 2021 approving the distribution of cash dividends the company’s shareholders of 10% of the nominal share value, equal to QR 0.10 per share, for the financial year ended 31st December 2020.Qatar Cinema & Film Distribution is pleased to inform its shareholders that their dividends will distributed by Qatar National Bank (QNB) starting from Tuesday,2nd March 2021.
Shareholders who registered their bank accounts with the Qatar Central Securities Depository before 1st March 2021 will transfer their dividends directly to their relevant bank accounts. Shareholders who have not recorded their bank accounts are kindly requested to fill out the “Application for Dividends credit to the account” available on both QNB and Qatar Cinema websites and send it to the email specified in the application to complete the dividends bank transfer.
